We are pleased to announce that effective July, 5 of this year our wholly-owned subsidiary Nano Matrix Co.Ltd. was merged into ourselves, FPS Inc.

This merger will allow us to provide you with our more efficient service also utilizing the so-called scale merits and thus achieve our “customers first” management.

While fulfilling our social responsibilities, we are going to provide the most advanced nanofiber plant systems in addition to flat panel speaker products, mixing and maximizing the technologies and the experiences that both companies have cultivated.
